- Who we are: The Krewe de Jeanne d’Arc‘s main project is an annual January 6 walking parade celebrating Joan’s birthday and our French heritage. The Krewe celebrates our “Maid of New Orleans” throughout the year with events including an annual Salón conference (2014’s Salon is Sept. 20-21).
